Announcing “Rise and Shine”

I’ve recently had the pleasure of producing a number of meditation projects with SamVit Wellness, an organization dedicated to educating healthcare professionals and caregivers how to integrate complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) and conventional care with the intention of optimizing health, vitality, and quality of life.

Rise and ShineRise and Shine is a morning meditation for creating your perfect day.

The music of Rise and Shine creates a sense of momentum that can help you efficiently start your day. Contained within the music of Rise and Shine are several bands of binaural beat frequencies that gently roll up from a quiet to an alert state in the low-beta range, frequencies that are associated with normal waking consciousness and a heightened state of alertness, logic and critical reasoning.

This meditation, guided by Allyn Evans, is available exclusively from SamVit Wellness.
