I created this track for an hypnotherapist who asked me to create something “sparse”, “deeply introspective” and “a little dark”. This track features two bands of Theta binaural beats and a single monaural Delta band, putting your body to sleep while your thoughts explore your subconscious mind. For best results with the binaural beats, use headphones but turn it down and give your ears a rest: this doesn’t have to be loud to be effective.
