Waves within waves, space within space. Liminal captures the essence of the liminal phase, the ambiguous space between thoughts, where the silent self exists as pure consciousness. This is sometimes referred to as “the gap”, a void that is pure consciousness, pure silence, and pure peace.
Track 1 – 15:00 – Liminal I (Connecting To The Gap)
Track 2 – 49:00 – Liminal II (Into The Gap)
Liminal I (Connecting To The Gap)
Liminal I (Connecting To The Gap) is ideal for a quick meditation. The binaural beats of Liminal I (Connecting To The Gap) deliver quick and efficient access to expanded state of consciousnesses.
Liminal II (Into The Gap)
The music of Liminal II (Into The Gap) falls into two sections: a relaxation section in the beginning, followed by a deep meditation. The binaural beats of Liminal II (Into The Gap) are very deep, and quite powerful. You will probably experience periods where you feel like you have fallen asleep: that’s okay. This feeling can be overcome by simply listening to this recording several times to give yourself a chance to attune to the new frequencies and train your brain to recognize these new deeper states of consciousness. We also recommend listening to this meditation at a time of day when you are not too tired and while sitting up rather than reclining. Finally, there is a Beta waking tone at the end of Liminal II (Into The Gap) meditation to help bring you back to waking consciousness. There are subtle changes made to the instrumental presentation of the music from the guided meditation Into The Gap.
In 2014, I recorded two guided meditations with Dr. Theresa Bullard. The project was going well until life happened: I was hospitalized and spent most of the year healing while Dr. Bullard shifted her focus to the creation of QLA Consulting Inc. while maintaining her role as International Instructor for the Modern Mystery School. I posted a short instrumental as “The Gap” as we moved on with our projects and lives.
And then, in the summer of 2016, we were suddenly inspired to pick up where we left off and finish the projects, resulting in two beautiful guided meditations: Into The Gap and Connecting To The Gap. Companions in tone and intention, I feel that the instrumentals belong together, so I withdraw the previously released version as I now issue this combined release of the instrumentals.
