I am John “J.S.” Epperson and I design sound for theatre. I received a Bachelor of Science from the Thornton School of Music at The University of Southern California, where I studied music and audio engineering. I am most known for my work with The Monroe Institute, for whom I wrote and produced several groundbreaking, award-winning, and best-selling Hemi-Sync® Metamusic® albums. My work also appears in television, film, video games, and a number of relaxation apps. I am new to Portland, Oregon, and I am a fair weather hiker.
