Lately, I’ve been experimenting with Frontal Midline Theta frequencies. These frequencies tend to rise when attention sharpens, when memory holds steady, when choices feel deliberate rather than rushed. They appear in moments of deep focus and quiet problem-solving, in the subtle art of emotional regulation, and often in meditation—where clarity settles in and concentration becomes calm instead of strained. Neuroscientists study FMT as a signpost of cognitive harmony and emotional balance. And it feels pretty nice when I meditate with these frequencies… maybe you’ll like them too!
The original frequencies of each track remain untouched, still breathing beneath the surface. I’ve simply woven a layer of frontal midline theta, tuned to resonate in harmony with the source material. These FMT frequencies give depth and added dimension not present in the original tracks.
